Breakfast: Iced Coffee, Almond Butter Bar & Banana

Lunch: Protein Smoothie

Dinner: Protein Pizza Bowls 

Tuesday

Morning Workout: PB Empower

Breakfast: Iced Coffee, Almond Butter Bar & Banana

Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad

Dinner: Low Carb Green Bean Bake

Wednesday

Morning Workout: PB Define

Breakfast: Iced Coffee, Almond Butter Bar & Banana

Lunch: Protein Smoothie

Dinner: Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Thursday

Morning Workout: PB Classic

Breakfast: Iced Coffee, Almond Butter Bar & Banana

Lunch: Chopped Avocado Salad

Dinner: Lemon Grilled Chicken & Veggie Slaw

I’m more relaxed on Friday - Sunday, usually we will eat out one or two nights of the weekend. We do enjoy cooking longer meals on the weekend as well.
